Basingstoke and Deane is a local government district and borough in Hampshire, England. Its main town is Basingstoke. Other settlements include Bramley, Tadley, Kingsclere, Oakley, Whitchurch and the hamlet of Deane, some 7 miles from Basingstoke.

The borough was formed on April 1, 1974 by the merger of the borough of Basingstoke, Basingstoke Rural District and Kingsclere and Whitchurch Rural District.
