Bette Bao Lord
Bette Bao Lord (包柏漪; born in Shanghai November 3, 1938) is a writer and civic activist. She is currently the chair of
Freedom House. She is married to
Winston Lord. One of her many novels,
Spring Moon, follows over 70 years of Chinese History.
