Diemaco

Diemaco is a Canadian firearms and defence company, based in Kitchener, Ontario. It supplies the C7 and its variants, such as the C8 carbine, which constitute the main infantry weapon of the Canadian Armed Forces, as well as various other models of weapons. All small arms used by the Canadian Forces are either manufactured or serviced by Diemaco.

On May 20 2005 Colt Defense LLC completed its acquisition of Diemaco, which now operates as Colt Canada Corporation.

In addition to supplying the Canadian Armed Forces, Diemaco also supplies weapons to the armed forces of the Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom and Denmark.
