Discord
The word discord is a
noun in the
English language used to refer to things that clash or disagree. It has several uses in different fields.

discord refers to
harmony containing perceived
dissonances.
*In geology, a
discordant coastline is formed when the sea erodes layers of rock that are oriented perpendicular to the shore.
*In
Greek Mythology, the
Apple of Discord was the inscribed golden apple thrown by
Eris the Olympic goddess, causing the argument which led to the
Judgement of Paris and thus to the
Trojan War.

Roman Mythology,
Discord is another name for the Goddess "Discordia".
