United States. The population was 85 at the 2000 census. Fullerton was founded in
1888.

As of the
census of 2000, there were 85 people, 36 households, and 20 families residing in the city. The
population density was 91.2/km² (238.1/mi²). There were 39 housing units at an average density of 41.8/km² (109.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 95.29%
White, and 4.71% from two or more races.
Hispanic or
Latino of any race were 2.35% of the population.
There were 36 households out of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 44.4% were
married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 44.4% were non-families. 41.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 27.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.36 and the average family size was 3.40.
In the city the population was spread out with 35.3% under the age of 18, 7.1% from 18 to 24, 23.5% from 25 to 44, 17.6% from 45 to 64, and 16.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 31 years. For every 100 females there were 97.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 103.7 males.
