Hands All Over
"Hands All Over" was the second song on
Soundgarden's second album,
Louder than Love. It was also the second single from the album. The song is different to many other Soundgarden songs because of how it is layered. The single also marks the beginning of Soundgarden having cover versions as
b-sides that are very different from the typical Soundgarden song. Producer
Jack Endino provided the backing vocals on "Come Together". This was also the last time that Soundgarden recorded with him.
"The video for that song was one of the lamest ever made. It really sucked." --Kim ThayilThe video was shot in a factory-like setting with band members swinging on equipment in the building.
