Greek word for a sailor.

Nautilus was a 16-gun
sloop launched in 1762.
*The second
Nautilus was a 16-gun
sloop launched in 1784 and wrecked in 1799.
*The third
Nautilus was an 18-gun
sloop launched in 1804 and wrecked in 1807 under command of Edward Palmer.
*The fourth
Nautilus was a 14-gun
brig-sloop built c. 1794 and captured in 1815 by
USS Peacock.

Nautilus was a 14-gun brig-sloop launched in 1806 and wrecked in 1834.
