Jamie Thompson

Jamie Thompson is a Canadian musician. He has been a member of the bands The Unicorns, Islands and Th' Corn Gangg, and commonly goes by the stage name J'aime Tambeur.

It turns out that Tambeur played a much more vital role than previously thought. New songs released by Islands are a collaboration between former Unicorns member Nicholas Thorburn and Tambeur, both of whom eagerly admit to the central part they both played in creating their sound.

On May 28th, 2006, it was reported on islandsareforever.com that Jamie has left Islands. A statement by Nick on the website articulates that the band will continue without Jamie and without cancelling any shows.
