The promotional video for "Keep Tryin" alludes to Utada's past PVs: "FINAL DISTANCE", "traveling", "SAKURA Drops", "Dareka no Negai ga Kanau Koro", "Be My Last", and "Passion". There are also references to Utada's own cartoon cat creation, Chuichi. For example, during the biking sequence, there is a group of "people" marching along, similar to the traveling PV. Furthermore, when she stops by a store filled with televisions, there is a kid pressed against the glass, similar to FINAL DISTANCE. There is even Utada's cartoon cat running along the roofs as she is marching towards the end of the song. As always, these easter eggs help make an already critically acclaimed all the better.#Keep Tryin' - 4:54#WINGS - 4:53#Keep Tryin' (Original Karaoke) - 4:53Oricon sales chart (Japan)| Release | Chart | Peak Position | Sales Total | Chart Run | | February 22, 2006 | Oricon Daily Singles Chart | #1 | align="left"|- | February 22, 2006 | Oricon Weekly Singles Chart | #2 | 121,076 | 11 weeks * | | February 22, 2006 | Oricon Yearly Singles Chart | align="left"|align="left"|- | * still chartingChart trajectory| Week | Position | Sales | | 1st | #2 | 70,147 | | 2nd | #5 | 24,096 | | 3rd | #13 | 13,373 | | 4th | #20 | 7,003 | | 5th | #34 | 4,016 | | 6th | #45 | 2,431 |
