Larissa Meek is a model who was the star of the television show Average Joe: Hawaii. When the show started she went on dates with "Average Joes".Partway through the show, however, a bunch of "hunks" were brought in to compete against the Joes. She finally narrowed her choices down and chose Gil Hyatt over average Joe Brian Worth.

Meek won the Miss Missouri Teen USA title in 1997 and the Miss Missouri USA title in 2001. She was awarded an Honorable Mention at the Miss Teen USA 1997 pageant and placed 4th runner-up at the Miss USA 2001 pageant.

Meek is an accomplished artist and web designer. She now resides in Florida with Gil Hyatt as they both made up after the show finished airing.
