;Brook Lynn Ashton: (Brooke Radding, 1999-2001; Adrienne Leon, 2004-2006)::Daughter of Ned Ashton and Lois Cerullo, granddaughter of Tracy Quartermaine, . Singer. Named for Brooklyn, NY, her mother's home town. Was stalked by Diego Alcazar as punishment for the role she played in Sage Alcazar's death.
;Diego Alcazar: (Ignacio Serrichio, 2004-present)::Son of Maria Sanchez and Lorenzo Alcazar. Was raised thinking that Maria (his mother) was his sister because she did not want his father, Lorenzo, to realize he was alive. After discovering who his parents actually were stalked the girls involved with his cousin Sage's death. Schemed with Lesley Lu Spencer to break up Dillon & Georgie. Currently with Georgie.
;Lorenzo Alcazar: (Ted King, 2003-present)::Brother of Luis Alcazar, Father of Diego Alcazar. Came to Port Charles to avenge his brother's death. Fell in love with Carly while he held her captive trying to blackmail Sonny. Had an on and off relationship with Carly and eventually they got married but after she admitted to still being in love with Sonny, Lorenzo ended the marriage. Recently he and Skye Quartermaine decided to turn their long time friendship and flirtation into something more and made love. Lorenzo stayed by her side as Skye fought off the virus that swept through Port Charles going as far as to risk Lu Lu's life to save Skye's. Soon after she was well, Skye found out she was pregnant shocking them both because Skye was told previously it would be impossible for her to conceive a child.

Scott Baldwin: (Kin Shriner, 1977-1983, 1987-1993, 2000-2004)::Son of Lee Baldwin and Meg Bentley, Father of Karen Wexler (deceased) and Serena Baldwin.
Prince, Nikolas Cassadine: (Tyler Christopher, 1996-1999,2003-present; Coltin Scott, 1999-2003)::Son of Laura Spencer and Stavros Cassadine, stepson of Luke Spencer. Grandson of Gordon Gray (deceased), Lesley Webber, Mikkos Cassadine, and Helena Cassadine. Half brother of Lucas Lorenzo (Lucky) Spencer Jr. and Lesley Lu (LuLu) Spencer. Was conceived when his father, Stavros, kidnapped his mother, Laura, and forced her to marry him and held her captive on the Cassadine's private Greek Island. Laura eventually escaped but knew that the Cassadine's would kill her if she ever tried to contact her son so she kept him a secret for years. Nikolas was brought to Port Charles by his Uncle Stefan, when they found out that his half sister LuLu needed a bone marrow transplant. None of the Spencer's were a match but Nikolas was. He was raised to hate the Spencer's but loved sister LuLu from the first time they met. Learning to love his brother Lucky was not so easy as both were raised to hate the other's family, after years of ups and down's they eventually managed to become friends and true brothers. He is currently mourning the loss of his beloved fianceé Courtney Matthews. Despite being told that she could never bear children they conceived a child. Courtney died from complications due to childbirth and was unable to tell him that he was the biological father of her son John Michael. After Courtney died, Jax decided to keep his true paternity secret so that he could raise John as his son. Recently Nikolas learned the truth and was reunited with his child.
;Prince, John Michael Cassadine: (portrayers unknown 2006)::Infant son of Nikolas Cassadine and Courtney Matthews. Grandson of Laura Spencer, Stavros Cassadine (deceased), Michael (Mike) Corbin and Janine Matthews. Step-grandson of Luke Spencer. Nephew of Lucas Lorenzo (Lucky) Spencer, Jr., Lesley Lu (Lulu) Spencer and Michael (Sonny) Corinthos Jr. Was conceived despite the fact that Courtney suffered a misscarriage years before and was told she could never again have children. Initially believed to have been the son of Courtney's ex-husband Jasper (Jax) Jacks but when in fact it was Nikolas' son. After Courtney died giving birth to John, Jax decided to keep his true paternity secret so that he could raise John as his son. However, thanks to Robin Scorpio, Nikolas learned the truth and John was recently reunited with his father.

Alexis Davis (Born, Natasha Cassadine): (Nancy Lee Grahn, 1996-present)::Born Natasha Cassadine, daughter of Mikkos Cassadine(deceased) and Kristen Bergmen(deceased); stepdaughter of Helena Cassadine; sister of Kristina Carter Cassadine; halfsister of Stavros Cassadine and Stefan Cassadine; married to Richard "Ric" Lansing, mother of Samantha McCall (given up for adoption in 1980) Kristina Davis Corinthos (with Michael "Sonny" Corinthos Jr.) and Molly Davis Lansing. Lawyer. Was raised as Mikkos's niece after Helena killed her mother. Got pregnant at 16 and gave the baby up for adoption, Mikkos and her were the only ones to know. Did her own re-enactment of 'The Runaway Bride' and ended up not marrying Ned Ashton. Found her long lost sister Kristina, only to have her killed in a shooting meant to take out Sonny. Named her daughter after her sister who was killed when she was pregnant. Tried to hide the fact that Sonny is Kristina's father, with the help of Ned Ashton. Married Ric despite finding out he only got involved with her when he found out Kristina was Sonny's daughter. Hates the Cassadine way of life.
;Dr. Noah Drake: (Rick Springfield, 1981-1983, 2006-present)::Father of Patrick Drake. Former Alcoholic.
;Dr. Patrick Drake: (Jason Thompson, 2005-present)::Son of surgeon Noah Drake. Surgeon, Patrick Drake was brought to Port Charles by Robin Scorpio to perform a life saving surgery on Jason Morgan. Robin originally found Patrick's father, Noah to try and perform the surgery but Noah had become a serious alcoholic and was not willing to try the surgery because due to drinking his hands were not what they used to be. Noah recommended the next best thing, his son Patrick. Father and son had a falling out and when Patrick found out that his father had recommended him to Robin he refused to be involved. Robin eventually convinced him and he performed the surgery and saved Jason's life. Patrick a notorious ladies man ended up sticking around General Hospital and has managed to flirt with just about every woman
Arielle Gastineau Ashton: (Jane Higginson, 1988-1989)::Formerly wed to Colton Shore, came to Port Charles during the Dragon Bone quest, married to Larry Ashton. Niece of Nicholas Van Buren.
Audrey Hardy R.N.: (Rachel Ames, 1964-present)::Mother of Thomas Hardy, Grandmother of Elizabeth, Sarah, and Steven Webber. Great Grandmother of Cameron Spencer. Widowed by Steve Hardy.
;Dr. Steve Hardy (deceased): (John Beradino [deceased], 1963-1996):: Father of Jeff Webber, Grandfather of Elizabeth, Sarah, and Steven Webber. Great Grandfather of Cameron Spencer.
Jasper 'Jax' Jacks: (Ingo Rademacher, 1996-2000, 2001-present)::Australian business tycoon with strong ties in the city of Port Charles.

Richard 'Ric' Lansing: (Rick Hearst, 2002-present)::Son of Trevor Lansing and Adela Corinthos, Half-brother of Sonny Corinthos. Once kidnapped and held Carly Corinthos hostage in a 'Panic Room'.
Courtney Matthews Quartermaine Morgan Jacks (deceased): (Alicia Leigh Willis 2001-2006)::Daughter of Michael (Mike) Corbin and Janine Matthews. Half-sister of Sonny Corinthos. Best friend and former sister-in-law of Carly Corinthos. Aunt to Michael Corinthos, Morgan Corinthos, and Kristina Davis Corinthos. Beloved fianceé of Nikolas Cassadine. Died during the virus quarantine at General Hospital after giving emergency c-section birth to son, John Michael. The child was believed to be that of her ex-husband Jasper (Jax) Jacks however moments before her death Jax revealed to Courtney that he is not John's biological father, Nikolas was. Despite wanting Nikolas to know the truth about their son, she died before being able to tell him that he is the father.

; Manny Ruiz (deceased): (Robert LaSardo, 2005-2006)::Brother of Javier Ruiz, a mobster. Psychotically obsessed with Sam McCall. Died on July 5th, 2006 after Jason Morgan threw him off of the roof of General Hospital.
;Robert Scorpio : (Tristan Rogers, 1981-1992, 1995, 2006-present)::Brother of Malcolm "Mac" Scorpio, Father of Robin Scorpio. Former WSB agent, whom was presumed dead in boat explosion in 1992. He resurfaced on January 27th, 2006 to help quarantine a virus that broke loose in Port Charles. He left town on March 1st, 2006, but returned a month later on April 13th, 2006 to arrest Luke Spencer for a bounty that had been placed on his head by Markhaam Island authorities.
Angel Sorel Ellis: (Angel Boris, 2001)::Private investigator, daughter of Joseph Sorel, widow of Donnie Ellis. Helped Sonny after he was stabbed by Sorel, fled after police learned she killed Sorel.3

;Jennifer Smith: (Roseanne Arnold, 1994; Sally Struthers, 2002)::Daughter of Mob boss, Frank Smith. Sister to Damien Smith.
;Barbara Jean "Bobbie" Spencer: (Jacklyn Zeman, 1977-present)::Daughter of Tim and Lena Spencer(deceased); Sister of Lucas Lorenzo "Luke" Spencer; surrogate niece of Ruby Andersen; mother of Caroline "Carly" Benson Corinthos (with John Durant during her years as a prostitute, Carly was given up for adoption); adoptive mother of Lucas Stansbury Jones (With Dr. Anthony "Tony" Jones); stepmother of Barbra Jean "B.J." Jones. In order to win away Scotty Baldwin from Laura Webber, Bobbie pretended to be pregnant with his child. Bobbie's engagement to mob goon Roy DiLucca ended when he was killed while trying to perform a hit for her brother, Luke. Even after Bobbie faked blindness to hold the attention of Dr. Noah Drake, the playboy left her. Bobbie's first husband, D.L. Brock, whom she married in 1983, became abusive and was murdered (but not by Bobbie). Bobbie's attorney, Jake Meyer, became her second husband in 1986. After Jake had a one-night stand with Lucy Coe, Bobbie married Lucy's ex-husband and her own dear friend, Dr. Tony Jones, in 1989. After Bobbie and Tony's daughter, B.J., was killed, their marriage began to disintegrate. When Bobbie walked in on Tony in bed with younger woman Carly Roberts, she got herself a divorce - and a new husband, Stefan Cassadine! Stefan divorced Bobbie after he caught her helping Luke. In 1998, Bobbie received the shock of her life when Carly revealed that she was her daughter. Recently found out her son Lucas is gay and is in denial. Suffered the lost of ex-husband and long time friend Tony Jones.
