Japan) was the former lead singer of the
J-pop group

Her first single, "VS", was released in March 2006 and her following single "Kojin Jugyou" released in May 2006. Her upcoming single is "SPEEDRIVE", and is set for a July 2006 release. misono is also the younger sister of popstar,
Kumi Koda.
misono debuted as a solo artist at
Velfarre, a popular dance club owned by
Avex, in
