MuchUSA

MuchUSA was a 24-hour American music video television station co-owned by CHUM Limited and Rainbow Media Holdings Incoporation. It was launched in 1994 and ended in late 2000. At its peak, MuchUSA had 24 million subscribers in the United States. It was later sold to Cablevision subsidiary Rainbow Media and is now known as Fuse.

As of 2004, there were rumours of talks going on between CHUM and Turner Media Group for a re-launch of MuchUSA. However, it turned out to be untrue.Despite this, CHUM remains open to the possibility of a new distribution deal for MuchMusic in the US though it seems highly unlikely given the fact that three years have passed since the end of the agreement[1][2].
