Nick Wheeler

Nick Wheeler (born March 20th, 1982) is the guitarist, back-up vocals, keyboardist and programmer for The All-American Rejects. He was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma. When he was a teen, he was invited to play with his band at a party Tyson Ritter was doorboy too. Ritter, seeing that Wheeler's band didn't have a bassist, joined with them, starting a close friendship with Wheeler. The two went to New York City with $1000 to start a band with Mike Kennerty and Chris Gaylor. Their first album, for which Nick was the drummer, was very successful and released many hits such as Swing Swing, Time Stands Still and The Last Song. Nick and his fellow bandmates went on an 1 1/2 year hiatus to write new songs for the new CD Move Along, which came out in July 2005. The CD has officially gone platinum and AAR has toured with Fall Out Boy and Hawthorne Heights, on the Black Clouds and Underdogs Tour to promote it. Modern Love's Silliness, known in Japanese as Anime Ai no Awa Awa Awā (literally "Anime Love Bubble Bubble Hour") was an anime anthology series produced by Gainax. The series consisted of 3 love and relationship-related comedy segments aimed at women;
* Ebichu Minds the House (Oruchuban Ebichu)
* Little Women in Love (Ai no Wakakusa Monogatari)
* Here Comes Koume (Koume-chan ga Iku!)

Ebichu was fairly controversial for its sexual and violent content. The other two segments were much more tame and much less famous.
