Power pack

A power pack is a highly advanced form of battery pack used in numerous science fiction series. It generally powers energy or laser side arms and rifles, but sometimes powers other devices as well. Usually these packs have an extraordinarly high energy density, well beyond any current technologies.

It is used in a lot of places including schools. Schools use the power packs for science experiments.
