Quebecor

Quebecor Inc. (written without an accent on the first e, even in French) is a large Quebec-based communications company. It was founded by Pierre Péladeau, and remains run by his family. Quebecor Inc. has two operating subsidiaries:

Quebecor World Inc. is the second largest commercial printing company in the world, with 39,000 employees around the world.

** Vidéotron (cable TV and internet service provider)
** Sun Media corporation (newspapers)
** TVA (television network)
** Canoe.ca (Internet websites including Canoe.ca/Canoe.com portal and Archambault.ca)
** Archambault stores (books, music and video)
** Book publishing companies
** The number-one magazine publishing company in Quebec
** Vidéotron Télécom (telecommunications)
** Le SuperClub Vidéotron (DVD and VHS movie rental stores)

Corporate governance

Current members of the board of directors of Quebecor Inc. are: Françoise Bertrand, Alain Bouchard, Robert Dutton, Jean La Couture, Jean-Marc Eustache, Pierre Laurin, Brian Mulroney, Jean Neveu, Pierre Parent, Érik Péladeau, and Pierre Karl Péladeau.
