Elisabeth Rainier, a Project Manager that originally started her work life as a consultant for an energy company in Belgium. Afterwards, she joined a team working on building SAP interfaces (Mercator, IDOC and ALE) from legacy systems for a telecom company in Texas. The project was a huge success and she completely enjoyed working in the ERP environment for the next 10 years in a variety of management and executive roles with increasing levels of responsibility. During this time, Ms. Rainier held positions where she ran operations that bought, sold, and delivered IT services (including mergers and acquisitions). Most recently, Ms. Rainier has been the team lead of training and development for a major automotive company where she is responsible for everything from leadership development, through succession planning as well as technical training.
