Roxx Gang

Roxx Gang were a glam metal band that featured current L.A. Guns guitarist Stacey Blades after their first album Things You've Never Done Before. Stacey Blades and Roxx Gang singer Kevin Steele also played together in the band Mojo Gurus. Other members included guitarist Jeff Taylor, guitarist Wade Hayes, bassist Roby Stine, drummer David James Blackshire, bassist Dorian Sage, drummer Tommy Welder, guitarist Jeff Vitolo, and bassist Vinnie Granese.

Roxx Gang were formed in Tampa, Florida in 1985 by Steele and guitarist Eric Carroll, who together wrote many of the songs that appeared on the band's debut album,Things You've Never Done Before. Carroll died in an accident before the band signed with Virgin Records in 1988.

The band's first major radio single, "Red Rose", featuring the lyrics "Caroline hold me close..." is a tribute to Carroll.
