Simon Nelson-Cook

Simon Nelson-Cook, also known as Cookie is a character on the Nickelodeon TV show Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Sometimes called a "Cyborg", Cookie is a computer geek who always has some technological device with him, including a computer screen hooked to his glasses that pushes down on a hinge, a computer mouse in his pocket, and a computer printer in his pants (a "Pants Printer"). He is one of Ned's two best friends (Jennifer Mosely is his other) and always is with Ned. In some episodes, however, he seems to be on someone else's side, but he always pulls through for Ned in the end, even after him and Ned had a fight (it was mostly just threats, though). It is also known that he has known Ned and Moze since Pre-K. Cookie comes from a very rich family, although he tries to disguise that. He has a limosene drop him off at Ned's house and then rides the bus from there. Cookie is always trying to change his appearance, but every time he tries, his plans backfire. Lisa Zemo, a nerdy girl in Cookie's grade is known to have a crush on him. In the Science Fair episode, it is revealed that Cookie is allergic to walnuts.

It is thought that Cookie resembles Steve Urkel,of the popular Family Matters.
