Terrance Casey Brennan is the author of numerous comic book stories, published in the 1970s Warren anthologies Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella.

In the 1980s, Brennan campaigned to have depictions of smoking in comics banned, which led then-Gov. Bill Clinton of Arkansas to issue a proclamation designating January 1990 as "T. Casey Brennan Month".

In his prose work since the early 1990s, Brennan also claims to have shot John F. Kennedy during his stint as a victim of the CIA's MK-ULTRA program.

He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
